  1. The personal data controller is DLD Spółka z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with its registered office in Jaworzno, ul. Nowowiejska 17E, NIP PL 628-20-78-452. Personal data are processed in accordance with data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as the GDPR, and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018. The Company ensures confidentiality and protection of data against unauthorized access. Use of the website https://dld.pl (hereinafter “Website”) involves the processing of users’ personal data, such as IP addresses and other identifiers collected using cookies and similar technologies. §2 Scope and purposes of personal data processing

  4. The Customer may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§4Processing Period

  1. Personal data will be processed until the Company’s legitimate interests are fulfilled, i.e.:
  • Termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services,
  • Limitation of claims under the contract,
  • Expiration of the period provided for filing and considering a complaint or replacing the goods,
  • Expiration of the obligation to store data arising from legal provisions.
  1. The newsletter and other information will be sent until the Customer objects.

§5 Transfer of personal data to other entities

  1. The recipients of the data may be entities associated with the Company and external service providers (e.g., IT, marketing, accounting). Personal data is processed at the Company’s headquarters and is not transferred outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
  2. The Company may entrust the processing of personal data to suppliers for the purpose of performing the contract, meeting legal obligations, and pursuing claims.
