We manufacture robust, durable, and certified mining ventilation systems as well as complete ventilation systems for underground mines. Our solutions are designed by engineers with many years of experience who are committed to ensuring the highest level of safety in mining operations.
We understand the unique challenges of mine ventilation and know that there is no room for error in underground environments. That is why DLD ventilation ducts are designed with the maximum efficiency, durability, and safety required in mining in mind. Our products undergo regular certification by independent testing agencies.

We have obtained EU certificates classifying our cables as Group I, Category M2 and Group I, Category M1, in accordance with the classification set forth in Directive 2014/34/EU – ATEX.

DLD ventilation ducts can be safely used in mine workings at risk of methane and/or coal dust explosions. They are flame-retardant and fire-resistant.

We use specialized fabrics with electrostatic discharge properties, which are essential for fire prevention underground.
Our lute ventilation solutions are used in the mines of the largest mining companies.
Our flexible ventilation ducts are used in underground mining workings at risk of methane or coal dust explosions. We also offer accessories such as “T” and “Y” tees, connectors, and soldering tanks – everything needed to build an efficient ventilation network in mines.
The DLD Storage Duct is our proprietary design that improves ventilation at the active end of a longwall face. Positioned just behind the shearer, it unrolls the lute-type air duct as work progresses, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air to the cutting area.
We prioritize the quality of our solutions
Our products undergo regular testing at Certified Testing Laboratories. They have all the necessary certifications for safe use in the mining industry.
DLD products meet the strict fire safety standards of the mining and welding industries (VTM-0, EN ISO 6940:2005, PN EN ISO 25980).
Our solutions do not produce sparks or accumulate static electricity. They are safe for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
We regularly test and certify DLD solutions in accordance with ISO standards specific to the industries we serve.
DLD products designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres meet the strict requirements of the ATEX Directive.

Lute ventilation is a system for ventilating underground (mining) workings where there is no natural air circulation. It utilizes interconnected mining shafts that form an airtight shaft system through which fans force fresh air directly to the working face and extract stale air, dust, and gases. At DLD, we design systems to minimize air loss and ensure safe working conditions even in the deepest mine levels.
Suction ventilation clears smoke from blasting more quickly throughout the entire working face by conveying dust and gases through a duct. In contrast, pressure ventilation is more commonly used to intensively supply air to the face of a tunnel being excavated and to ensure more favorable thermal conditions there. Due to its ventilation efficiency, combined ventilation using suction-pressure ducts is very often employed.
Yes, all of our ventilation ducts designed for mines are certified in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU, which allows them to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
We typically manufacture flexible ventilation ducts with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2400 mm. Thanks to our in-house machinery, we are able to custom-manufacture mining ducts with even larger cross-sections and sections of any length, which allows us to optimize the number of joints and reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the entire system.
Yes, our ducts made of advanced technical fabrics are highly heat-resistant. They can be safely used in heating and mine air-conditioning systems, where the working fluid temperature reaches up to 70°C. The material retains its flexibility and full antistatic properties under these conditions.
